After completing my degree in Educational Science in Germany, I came to Portugal for what I thought would be just two months—to work at a surf camp. But I quickly fell in love with the natural beauty, the local culture, and the slower pace of life. That was over ten years ago. Since then, the Algarve in Portugal has become my true home.

Four years ago, I returned to working with children here—and it reawakened my passion for supporting families. A year later, I founded Little Adventurers, a nature-based project for children that continues to grow with heart and purpose.

Driven by my desire to support not just children but also the parents behind them, I began further studies in systemic therapy. I’m currently training with the DGSF (German Association for Systemic Therapy) and offer counselling for individuals, couples, and families—both online and in person.

Through both my work and my studies, I’ve come to deeply understand how early life experiences shape our entire emotional landscape. Childhood builds the foundation for resilience, relationships, confidence, and a healthy self-image. But parenting doesn’t just shape children—it also touches the inner child in each of us.

That’s why I believe true change begins in connection—with ourselves, with our children, and with each other.
