The counselling Process
1. Getting to know each other
By clicking “Book your free introductory call”, you can send me your contact details. I will then get in touch with you to arrange a short, non-binding phone call at a time that works for you.
2. Clarifying your needs
In our introductory call, we will look at what brings you here and what you are currently struggling with. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions and get a sense of how I work. Together, we will explore whether and how I can support you.
3. Working together
In our ongoing sessions, we will take a closer look at your situation. We will explore patterns, emotions, and underlying dynamics, and develop concrete steps that feel right for you. The process is supportive, individualized, and guided by your needs.
