My name is Katharina Blank. I’m a systemic counsellor I deeply believe in the power of connection, clarity, and gentle transformation.
Over the past years, I’ve created a space on our small farm in Portugal – a place where people can slow down, feel seen, and begin to reconnect: with themselves, with others, and with the life they truly want to live.
I offer systemic counselling for individuals, couples and families – online or in person, surrounded by nature or online.
I also host small workshops and gatherings for families, mothers and children – always rooted in safety, presence, and honesty.

Little Adventurers
A daily farm project in Portugal for children aged 3-5 years that take each child on an organic learning journey through natures classroom as it grows and feed us. Children can come together, play, be creative, learn and feel safe in a natural and familiar environment.

Hello, I am Katha
Living in the peaceful Portuguese countryside, I’ve turned my love for working with children into something deeper. After five deeply fulfilling years of running a nature-based childcare program here on the farm, I began to notice something: behind every child’s needs, there was a story – a family, a system, a dynamic. I witnessed how deeply interconnected we all are, and how much healing can happen when we feel seen not just as individuals, but as part of a greater whole.
This is what led me to systemic counselling.
I wanted to support not just the little ones, but their parents. The mothers carrying so much. The couples navigating change. The individuals searching for clarity. My work has shifted, but the heart remains the same: to create safe, grounded spaces for people to reconnect with themselves, each other, and the natural world around them.
