About me...
Living in the peaceful Portuguese countryside, I’ve turned my love for working with children into something deeper. After five deeply fulfilling years of running a nature-based childcare program here on the farm, I began to notice something: Behind every child’s needs, there was a story – a family, a system, a dynamic. I witnessed how deeply interconnected we all are, and how much healing can happen when we feel seen not just as individuals, but as part of a greater whole.
This is what led me to systemic counselling.
I wanted to support not just the little ones, but their parents. The mothers carrying so much. The couples navigating change. The individuals searching for clarity. My work has shifted, but the heart remains the same: to create safe, grounded spaces for people to reconnect with themselves, each other, and the natural world around them.
